Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I do not use GTN services. Am I eligible for this campaign?

    No. This campaign is only available for GTN users, including those using GTN Mobile.

  2. Can I receive the campaign discount immediately after applying for the GTN EPOS Card?

    No. Transactions made by the end of the month following your enrollment month will be eligible for the discount, which will be applied on your billing date.

    Example:
    If you join in March, purchases made in April (the following month) will receive up to 3,300 yen OFF on the May 27 billing date.

  3. I already have an EPOS Card. Am I eligible for this campaign?

    No. Customers who have previously enrolled in an EPOS Card are not eligible for this campaign.

  4. What happens if I change my payment method for GTN Mobile midway through? Will the discount still apply?

    If you switch to a payment method other than the GTN EPOS Card, the discount may not be applied.

  5. How is the EPOS discount applied?

    The discount will be applied at the time of your GTN EPOS Card billing. If the total billed amount does not reach 3,300 yen (tax included), the remaining discount balance can be carried forward to the next billing cycle within the eligible period. The discount is applied in units of 1 yen.

■ Campaign Eligibility Requirements

(1) Complete your GTN EPOS Card application during the enrollment period.
(2) Make payments using the issued GTN EPOS Card.

Both conditions above must be satisfied.

“GTN EPOS Card” includes all card designs displayed on the GTN EPOS Card application page.

■ About the Discount

Up to 3,300 yen will be discounted from your EPOS Card transactions by the end of the month following your enrollment month.

*The eligible usage period is until the end of the month following your enrollment month.
*The discount will be applied at billing, with a maximum of 3,300 yen (tax included).
*If the total billed amount does not reach 3,300 yen (tax included), the remaining balance can be carried forward within the eligible period. The discount is applied in units of 1 yen.
*Only payments made with the GTN EPOS Card are eligible for the discount.
*Rent and guarantee fee payments under the ROOMiD Global Plan are not eligible for the discount.
*Eligible merchants are Visa-affiliated stores (excluding Marui Web Channel).

*Only purchases made by the EPOS Card holders are eligible.
*Please note that applications may be declined in accordance with the regulations of EPOS Card Co., Ltd.
*Regardless of card design, customers who have previously enrolled in an EPOS Card are not eligible.
