■【eSIM important notes】eSIM usage guidance here
- ・Device must support eSIM.
- ・Internet connection required for initial setup.
- ・Activation code is issued within 15 minutes after request.
- ・The activation code can be used only once and cannot be reissued. ※Even if deleted, it cannot be reissued.
- ・Must install the activation code within 2 days of issuance.
- ・If not installed, usage will automatically start on the 3rd day, counting towards plan days.
- ・iOS devices can generally connect to the internet after installing the activation code without requiring APN configuration. However, depending on the device model and iOS version, APN configuration may be necessaryPlease follow the user guide for setup instructions.
■【Physical SIM important notes】
- ・The service start date is the day the SIM card is inserted into a compatible device within Japan. Additionally, APN configuration is required for internet access. Please note that simply inserting the SIM card will not enable usage.
- ・A shipping fee of 700 yen applies for postal delivery.
■【Common precautions】
- ・If users exceed their data threshold, their maximum speed will be slowed to 200kbps.
- ・Usable devices: SIM-unlocked devices or SIM-free devices.
- ・For a list of devices that have been confirmed to work, please refer to this guide (Japanese only) Please note that the tests are independently conducted, and functionality is not guaranteed.
- ・Activation (start of use / issuance of activation code) cannot be processed during the carrier's maintenance period (Every Tuesday 22:00 ~ Wednesday 9:00 JST). Please use it after the maintenance period ends. However, the use of SIM cards that have already been activated will not be affected.
- ・Depending on the device used, tethering may not be available. There are no restrictions on tethering.
- ・The antenna signal will display as "IIJ."
