GTN Mobile accepts various payment methods

  1. Credit Card Payment with GTN EPOS Card

    Your credit card will be charged between the 7th and 13th of every month.
    Check your credit card's billing date and payment deadline for when you will receive your bill.

    If the credit card payment fails, we will switch to convenience store payment from the following month.

    Use GTN EPOS Card to pay your phone bill and get a 220 yen discount every month! (Only available for call plans)

  2. Convenience Store Payment

    Billing Method: GTN Mobile App, email* (We can only send the billing information via GTN Mobile App or email.)

    Emails Sent: 8th - 10th of every month

    Payment Deadline: by 11:59 pm on the 25th of every month

    Accepted Convenience Stores: Seven-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, Ministop, Seicomart, Daily Yamazaki

  3. Credit Card Payment

    Your credit card will be charged between the 7th and 13th of every month.
    Check your credit card's billing date and payment deadline for when you will receive your bill.

    If the credit card payment fails, we will switch to convenience store payment from the following month.

  4. Auto Deduction From Bank Account

    Your payment will be deducted from your bank account on the 27th of every month. If the 27th falls on a weekend or a national holiday, it will be deducted on the next business day.。

    If we cannot withdraw the payment, we will switch to convenience store payment from the following month.

  5. In-Store Payment

    Please make your payment at any of our branches by the 25th of every month during business hours.
