Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I do not use GTN services. Am I eligible for this campaign?

    No. This campaign is only available to GTN users, including those using GTN Mobile.

  2. Can I receive the campaign discount immediately after applying for the GTN EPOS Card?

    No. To be eligible for the campaign, it is necessary to apply for the GTN EPOS Card, have it issued, and register it as payment method for GTN Mobile. The discount will be applied to billing charges from December 2025 to April 2026.

  3. I already have an EPOS Card. Am I eligible for the campaign?

    No. If you have previously enrolled in the EPOS Card, you are not eligible for this campaign.

  4. What happens if I change my payment method for GTN Mobile midway through? Will the discount still apply?

    If you change to a payment method other than the GTN EPOS Card, the discount will no longer apply from that point onward.

  5. How is the EPOS discount applied?

    The discount is automatically applied to your EPOS Card bill. If the billing amount is 1,000 yen (tax included) or more, a 1,000 yen (tax included) discount will be applied. For billing amounts under 1,000 yen, the full amount will be discounted.

・Campaign Eligibility Conditions

（1）Complete your application for the GTN EPOS Card during the enrollment period.
（2）Register and use the issued GTN EPOS Card as your payment method for GTN Mobile.Both of the above conditions must be met.
*Please note that if the card number is not registered as the payment method for GTN Mobile by 30th November 2025, the total discount may not reach the maximum amount of 5,000 yen.
*The "GTN EPOS Card" includes all card designs listed on the GTN EPOS Card application page.

・About the Discount

*The【GTN Mobile billing charges from December 2025 to April 2026】refer to the GTN Mobile charges that appear on your EPOS Card statement, corresponding to usage dates between December 2025 to April 2026.

*If you change your payment method for GTN Mobile to something other than the GTN EPOS Card during the campaign period, or if your card usage status prevents payment, you will no longer be eligible for the discount.
