  1. Can I still receive the benefits even if I don't meet the campaign eligibility requirements?

    Yes! Even if you don't meet any of the following conditions—moving, switching from another provider, or living with someone between the ages of 0-25—you can still receive the "actual ¥0 discount on installation fees"!

  2. What does "Actual ¥0 installation fee" mean?

    If installation requires a visit, the installation fee of ¥31,680 will be discounted by (¥1,320x 24 months.) If no visit is required, the fee of ¥4,620 will be discounted by (¥1,155 x 4 months.)

    The discount will be applied starting from the first month of billing and will be deducted from the monthly base fee starting from the 7th month.
  3. Can I combine this campaign with the "Optical Fiber Installation Fee Support Discount"?

    We apologize, but this campaign cannot be combined with the "Optical Fiber Installation Fee Support Discount."
  4. In what cases will the campaign be invalid?

    ① If the service is canceled (If you cancel the service midway, you will be required to pay the remaining installation fees).
    ② If you change to a non-eligible plan for the targeted service.
    ③ If it is discovered that you canceled the same provider's "Optical" or "Air" service that you had been using prior to applying during the campaign period.

  5. I would like to know the amount from the 4th month onwards for Campaign Benefit ①

    From the 4th month onwards, the monthly base fee for the Family Type (2-year automatic renewal plan) will be ¥5,720, and for the Mansion Type (2-year automatic renewal plan), it will be ¥4,180.
